Goodbye for now

Hello to all,

I would like to inform you that Miguel Frognier, the author of the blog The Adventures of Blake and Mortimer, plans to revive that blog. Since that blog, like this one, consists simply of translations from the spanish blog Las Aventuras de Blake y Mortimer, I see no need to continue updating this blog as of now. I will keep this blog online as a repository of past articles and to, if needed, continue updating it shall Miguel Frognier decide to stop blogging in english again.

Thanks to all for reading,
Filipe P

First peek at "The Will of William S.", the next tome in the series

The first images of the next album in the series, with working name The Will of William S., expected in 2016, have arrived. As revealed before, this album will be set in the fifties, in England and Italy, will involve archaeology and history, and will touch on Mortimer's private life. The long-awaited images show the protagonists with Kendall and a as-of-yet unnamed character in 99 Park Lane, and Blake with a baton. it has been hypothesized that Éttiene Schréder is still doing the inking on this album as with the last.

As expected in a earlier post the association Les Amis de Jacobs has published the second volume of Les Contes, a collection of fairy tales illustrated by Jacobs early in his career. Only 299 numbered copies of this tome will be made, and it is only available to members of the association.
